I feel a small 'bump' just inside my rectum. I've had no pain, no strange/abnormal BMs, no problems with regularity. Thoughts?

No past history of piles at all. No blood at all. No unusual discharge. Its really the only thing. I am overweight (350ish, 6'3") and deal with sleep apnea and blood pressure issues due to the apnea (i.e. high blood pressure in the morning' following a bad nights sleep, that recovers after a few hours of activity). I have normal erectile functionality and do not have any issues with discharge or pain/blood.

There are , many conditons , which can cause these symptoms. You need clinical checkup from Surgeon. It can be due to-skin tags, rectal tags,Haemorrhoids, Prostate condition,

it is very difficult to diagnose, without clinical examination. My advice is that clinical examination from surgeon, to evaluate the cause, Treatment will be done accordingly after diagnosis.
