I had quit smoking before for 8 months I started to have health problem whick they determined must be panic attacks. They did tons of blood work, ekgs, ultrasounds of my heart, 24 hour heart montior, and several visits to an ear, nose and throat doctor. i have since them start smoking again. I've been feeling better but I want to quit again. I start to and I'm scared not too. i don't have health insurance now. What is the best thing I can do to quit for good? thank you.
