hello ive been have what seems like a lump and my right testicle for the past 6 months...maybe more. ive also been experiencing a dull ache in my right side of my stomach area right below my rib. its not really the lower part of my abdomen but more upper than anything else. i smoke marijuana occasionally and the dull ache intensifies even more. when im not under the influence i can barely feel the dullness. but i dont know wheather its a lump on my testicle or not. it feels like an enlarged vien. in fact i have 2. on right in front of the testicle and one on the very bottom. could this be a sign of testicular cancer and if it is do you think it has spread which is the reason for my dull ache???
