my husband is a non compliant diabetic with my help ...

my husband is a non compliant diabetic with my help on his diet we have been able to cut it down from 4 something to 2 somethig. he occasionaly gets his blood pressure up and then gets nose bleeds. he does complain also of chest pain and left leg going numb. I know all of this is not good but with no insurance well he feels he can do nothing. but does all of this affect his ability to preform.we just got married and he says this is a recent thing that has happened. so with all of these problems how do we deal with his ED.

he is 38. most of his life even though he wont say how long and no he does not smoke but i do
