What causes blatter control problems in men? I.e.

What causes bladder control problems in men? I.e. urinating many times in a day and having limited control. Does smoking (cigarettes or marijuana, drinking, etc. create these issues?

I have tried nothing, I am asking for my partner that smokes and smokes weed and has this issue.
