Wrinkles form when the skin loses its elasticity.
Some wrinkling is a result of aging and is probally inevitable.
Heredity, lifestyle, sun exposure all play a part and leads to generation of free radicals that can damage the skin.

-Primrose or black current seed oil 1000mg 3x a day
-multivitamin

Drink at least 2 quarts of water daily even if you do not feel thirsty.
avoid smoke, alcohol and caffeine
Unfortuanetly smoking causes your mouth to purse hundreds of times a day.
