Hi im 25 years old and Im worried about these bumps that have come up on my penis. I noticed these bumps about a year ago. Since that time a few more have come up. The bumps do not hurt,burn or itch. They for the most part are about the size of the tip of a pencil. They are cream colored and some are solo and some are beside each other. I have been looking at all the stds such as herpes and genital warts, but I dont think that it is either one. I have been with the same girl for three years and she has no bumps or anything. I also noticed that I have alot of white bumps under the shaft of my penis and and my scrotum. I found out that this was known as fordyce spots, not sure about the spelling. Could these be part of the fordyce spots. The bumps will not pop I have tried. They will scratch off,but then they start bleeding. Like I said im pretty much ruling out an std, but I would like to make sure.
