Are these STD symptoms

I have rash under my belly botton, and it's 2 in sq. The rash has some heads that itch a lot, and they form thick coat that peals off after scratching. The whole area that I mentioned is darker and more wrenkled than the rest of my body skin. I'm 24, and I'm doubting it could be an STD. My appointment for STD testing is in 2 weeks. I just want to be clear if these symptoms could be a result of an STD...
