about a week ago i noticed red splotches with peeling skin on the inner folds of my groin, then a few days later my scrotum started to itch. i thought i had a classic case of jock itch, so i went out and got some lamisil cream. however that just made the problem worse, now my scrotum is red, shiny, leathery/scabby feeling, itches, and burns. i am a virgin and hav never had any form of sex with another person so stds should probably not be a factor
