Issue with New Public Shower and Bath

I have had to move into an apartment building in which there are five tenants that each share the same shower and bathroom. My floormates are homosexual males that have sex in the shower and utilize the bathroom (although I don't think they have sex in there). They are the nicest guys and ideal roomates and I always shower with sandles and cover the toilet seet with toilet paper and have started wiping the toilet seat with clorox bleach wipes prior to sitting, but was wondering what I'm at risk for getting. I have no STD's right now, and this apartment is cheap and in a good location. What real risks for STDs or other diseases do I now face?
