I noticed my left foot by end of day (security guard)these past 7 days, but would reduce after a nights rest. But these past 2 days,especially today,it is remaining swollen, tingly,and stiff.Idid have surgery on my left ankle about 5 yrs. ago to reattach tendons and set bones.Has never caused me problems before.It feels like a spider bite that I have gotten on my hand before,and it swelled up in a like fashion.What should I do to reduce swelling and any danger signs to look for. ps.no ins.
