Which joint is this going to be done on? Knee? Elbow?

Why is it being done? Due to tumor? or another reason?

It is my right elbow. They say it is tennis elbow no tumor was found. I had an MRI done also. A small tear was found. Wanted to know the anticipated length of surgery and recovery period.
