I had arthroscopic surgery on my left miniscus in June, 05 and have been recovering since. I have 7 sutures in my knee and am waiting for the buckethandle tear to hopefully grow back into place. I strained my knee a little last week and now it is swollen and full of fluid, seperating my patella from the rest of my knee, making movement difficult and a little painful.
