I am having a dull pain on my right side on the side of my backside down towards the middle of the back but it is only on the right side, what could this be, I have had my gallbladder removed already

nothing, the pain is very dull but simular to the episode I felt befor my gallbladder removel, I had a stone louged in bile duct that was removed. Liver enzymes highly elevated, gallbladder was enlarged when removed and had turned color, treated with antibotics for borderline pancreantitis. It has been two years since my surgery with no problems other than constant diareha
