I was born premature and therefore have underdeveloped knees. I have the inability to "lock" my knees. Over the last few years my knees have been giving me more problems. Such as: being stiff, popping, not wanting to bend, and sometimes giving out on me entirely. I was wondering what the name of the surgery/operation would be in getting this resolved. And is this type of knee surgery well practiced today? Thank you!
