I have had for some years a painless accumulation of a fluid in my upper medial canthus eye area on both eyes. They resemble sacs about the size of 1/2 dime and vary from day to day in size. When I tilt my head to the left the right sac seems to get larger as if filling with fluid. When I tilt my head to the right the left side fills. There is no pain but it concerns me. Many years ago in a car accident I smashed the nose and surgery was done to restore the cartilage and bone of the nose. Any relation from this accident?
