I had back surgery a lumbar fusion in the L4 vertabrae or L5 im not sure about 6 months ago, Im am trying to reduce my pain medication. Ive went from percocet to ultram. I am still having some pain and stiffness in my lower back. Is this normal for 6 months? I have heard it could take a year before I will be back to normal. Is this true?
