good afternoon my name is Customer (name blocked for privacy), i just found out through a pelvic sonogram that there is small calcifications within the left ovary witch may represent the presence of a tiny ovarian dermoid tumor witch reflect previous ovarian hemorrhage or other possibly other pathology, and i have had a persistant uti treated but not cured with it have anything to do with the ovarian hemorrhaging and can u help me understand this diagnosis, do i have to have surgery they meaning the radiologist suggested a ct of the abdomin. please help me understand my condition better thank you
