What is the average life expectancy with CHF?

I have quadruple by pass surgery 4 years ago and have never really felt good since. I am short of breath, tired all the time and have diabetes and HBP. I am 58. I have pressure in my chest and mild pain all the time. I know I have CHF and want to know how long I can live with this on average, so I can get my affairs in order.
