I take Ultram for post surgery pain. (rx - 1 pill 3x'x a day) I only took 2 today the last one at 12:30. at Midnight I went to bed, set my drink down and set some things off the bed then took 2 Tyenol PM's. After I took them I wondered if I took 2 before I set the things of the bed. My glass was pretty full still so I don't think I did but in my head I question myself so I am nervous. Now I am staying up scared... I tried to make myself vomit. I drank several glasses of water...barley vomited...then around 1:30 I drank some chocolate milk and tried to eat a cracker....should I be scared? what else should I do?

So, you are worried that you took 4 tylenol PM? Is that right?

Or are you worried about mixing tylenol pm with ultram?
