Hi,
The best way to flush creatinine out of your system is to drink lots of water and drinking diuretics like herbal tea. It is a slow procedure but des help in flushing creatinine and also diluting urine.

Hi,
The pain can be due to various reasons-
  • If you have had a previous history of kidney problem, then it might be a repeat attack. Might be a renal stone. It can also be some sort of infection.
  • If there is no specific history of kidney disease then it might be a neurological problem, or a muscular one.
But since you already are undergoing tests for kidney function, I persume the condition has been narrowed down to it. If it is a kidney stone then there are three possibilities - the stone may pass out on its own, might have to be proken down by lithotripsy, or might need surgery. Usually the stones pass out on their own. Surgery is very rarely needed. I would advise you not to panic, take oral anti-inflammatories like Mortin/Tylenol, drink good amounts of fluids. As and when the results come you will be treated accordingly.
