Son at camp with a broken foot

Hello - My son who, is 16 years old, is at camp, he broke his foot late yesterday afternoon. The camp took him to the nearest hospital who told them that his foot is broken in three places. The Hospital recommende that he see an orthopaedic doctor. The camp is located in Smokey Mtns of TN, and we are from Ohio. The camp has stated he is welcome to stay and that they would take him to an orthopaedic doctor as recommended by the hospital. He is suppose to stay at comap until the end of this month. He is desparately wanting to stay, am I overreacting and wanting him to come home so that I can have check by physicians here, and also so he won't cause any additional injury to the broken foot. I would appreciate any advise you could give.
