My grandmother is 96 and has been told she needs a cataract operation. She has never worn glasses and still appears to be able to read the paper and road signs when i take her in the car. What would be the advantage to her. Her eyesight doesn't appear to bother her. Will her brain be able to adjust to her new vision. Is it best just the leave things be
