I had a gastric bypass 2 years ago and lost a lot of weight. I diabetes has been under control since then. a couple of months ago my appendix imflamed and were removed and my diabetes is out of control again. finally the last couple weeks it is back in control. but now my right thumb is numb past the joint and I get pain in my chest and back on the left side. What could this be? My health has been so good till the surgery for my appendix.
