lumps under armpits, painful - prior surgery for Hydro dentis

I tried a different deodarant while on vacation in missouri. I normally use a solid anti perspirant. I got a lot of stinging under both armpits.   I went swimming in the hotel pool and later that day I developed seven lumps under my left arm and 6 under my right. The lumps under my left arm were larger, the middle was really big and flapped foreward. I have been using a lot of neosporan and anti-biactics (Leva quin 750 (5 day pack)). this is day 3. Perviously I have had surgery to remove Hydro dentis. Should I go to the emergency room or can I wait to see if they go away.
