No, people who have had the ovaries removed will no longer have a menstral cycle.

There are the rare times that there is a little tissue left over from surgery. But, I think it may just be a spontanous sheading. Is it dried and brown or bright red?

If it is bright red, I would see the GYN to check for any other GYN issues that could cause you to bleed. If the surgery was recent, sometimes its normal to spot once or twice.
