severe swelling in foot, ankle and leg after knee surgery

Sent to Health Experts July 24 01:20 AM

Hello,
3 months ago i injured my knee resulting in a torn ACL and torn meniscus, i had the orthoscopic surgery , but have not done the ACL surgery yet. This is my problem, ever since the injury occured my foot, ankle and leg get swollen if i spend more than 3 hours on it (Adema) My foot gets enormous and compression socks do nothing.I have been to three orthopedic surgens and they dont know whats going on . The doctor that did the surgery is a ?. He hit a artery doing a simple scope and my leg bleed internally for 6 days( he put a blood collection bag in my leg because he could not figure out where the blood was coming from) My knee took 2 months to heel from a scope surgery because of the swelling, and now that my knee feels fine i am left with another problem. Do you have any suggestions on what i should do? Thank you for your time .

chris
