my period and irregular bleeding still

i had my reular menstral cyle on the 20th , I am 33 yrs old and I am like clock work never anything different. I am a full 6-7 days heavy bleeder . this last period 4-5 days later i began bleeding again and I am still bleeding and it has been 8 days now it is not getting better so a total of 15 days i have been bleeding with a 4-5 day break in between. I have had 4 c- sections and my last one was 6 yrs ago with no complications. I also had my tubes tied 6 yrs ago too. I am concearned and have no medical coverage. please respond to me Thanks , carolynn
