G.I. bleeding is typically intermittent -- it stops and starts. So sometimes it can become difficult to find the location of the bleeding. Gastrointestinal(G.I.) bleeding scan can help to find the location of the bleeding.

If you did not have lower endoscopy or colonoscopy , you probably need one.

Have already had all the GI tests and 3 endoscopies in the last year. I already know they must be hard to find as I have all the standard tests with out conclusion. I just thought maybe there was something my physicians were overlooking and was wondering if I should change drs.and give someone else a try.

Your physicians may be overlooking to the conditons called Diverticulosis and A-V malformation . Diverticuli are usually found in the distal colon. 50% of the population above 60 years has diverticuli in Western world but only 3% to 5% bleed. Bleeding is usually self-limiting and only less than 25% re-bleed. Endoscopic therapy has a high success rate. Occasionally, a "rebleed" may require surgery which may be a segmental or subtotal colectomy. If an arteriovenous cause of the bleeding is found electro-cautery, laser ablation or injection sclerotherapy may be used to stop the acute haemorrhage.

You probably should get a second opinion from the other doctors.
