hello,

No, the breast augmentation will not affect the baby in nay way. When you had the surgery for augmentation, the embryo was just about implanted in the uterus and had not even set up a proper blood circulation with you.

You may have certain problems with breastfeeding though, depending on how large the sac used was and whether any breast tissue got compressed.
