I have had 3 surgeries on my left foot. It all started with a stress fracture on my tibial sesamoid. The first surgery was removal of distal fragment with repair of FHB Defect with agumentation by abductor hallucis sliding. The pain was still there so the second surgery they removed my bunion and broke the foot with pin fixation. This last surgery was removing the sesamoid altogether. I am still in alot of pain and was wondering why?

When does it hurt? while do activities or a rest? Does anything you do at home bring on the pain? does anything make it feel better? when was you last surgery?
