Unexplained nasseau lasting 2-3 hours 2-3 times a month. Had MRI & laproscopic surgery to rule out endometriosis & adhesions. Any idea what I should be doing now, besides suffering from fatigue & nasseau throughout a month.

ruled out endometriosis, tissue of uterus tested for cancer came back negative, I do have enlarged uterus
