Well it seems like you have a bunch of different injuries present that are likely all tied into one specific event. The 2 main injuries are:

1. Fracture to the acromion. This is the top part of your shoulder. With this, you also have swelling to the ligament there.

2. Labral tear. The labrum is a soft tissue used to form the shoulder joint and prevent any abnormal movement. An injury would tear this tissue. The paralabral cyst is a common result found in labral tears.

My opinion is that you will likely need surgery to repair the damage. This will likely be done through tiny cuts made around your shoulder.

I have added a great link to help you understand this better:

Labral Tear

The treatment may just be in the form of a sling for 1-2 weeks. An initial surgery to "look" inside the shoulder may be indicated to help the doctor fully evaluate how bad the fracture is. An incomplete fracture is where the bone isn't all the way broken. I believe the most important injury you have is the labral tear which may also require surgery. An arthroscopy will help the doctor fully assess what is actually going on and how to treat it. The recovery time should be within 2-4 months. It may be sooner than that depending on how well you heal.

Reply to CorpsmanUp's Post: The only reason i ask about the fracture is because i dont actually remember breaking my shoulder. I didnt go get this checked after a specific injury. On the report says incompletely healed chronic fracture, does that mean that it didnt heal correctly? After you reply ill accept and throw in a little extra.

This type of injury is the result of either falling on your shoulder or falling on an outstretched hand. Falling on an outstretched hand doesn't seem like it could break a shoulder bone but with enough force it can. Plus any injury where there is a fall on the shoulder would be enough to fracture the acromion.

Relist: I prefer a second opinion.
Some background on the injury, I dont remember doing anything specific that would cause the results so I'm just a littel confused about how and what can be done to correct it and how to fix it and anything else
