Hi - I'm sorry to hear of your diagnosis. Salzmann's can indeed be treated - often, it is as simple as having your ophthalmologist remove the nodules with a sharp blade (eyedrop anesthetics numb the surface of the eye during the procedure). Other cases, however, if they are further advanced or more complicated, can require additional treatment (other surgical options, etc.).
Regarding Lasik, however, I think you're going to need to speak to the ophthalmologist who would be willing to perform the procedure. It will depend on how involved your case of Salzmann's was, how well it responded to treatment, and how comfortable the surgeon is with providing lasik to those who have eye disease. It might be tough to find a reliable practitioner to provide the lasik surgery, one who is qualified and experienced.
But first thing first - speak with your ophthalmologist at your next appointment about further treatment options. If the eyedrops are helping, then that may be all you need. If further treatment is required, however, then any discussion of lasik will have to wait until your treatment for Salzmann's has been completed.
I wanted also to include a few links about Salzman's, as well:

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions - I'm more than happy to help.
Take care - Dr. Fay
