I am constantly sweating under my arms. I take a

I am constantly sweating under my arms. I take a shower, put on deoderant and within an hour I'm sweating. Only there. It doesn't matter whether or not I'm hot or cold. IIt really starts to smell and it's really embaraasing. I've tried every soap, deoderant and lotion and I really don't know what's causing it but it's getting worse and worse. Please help!
