I just had oral surgery on 10/16 and had all teeth ...

I just had oral surgery on 10/16 and had all teeth removed at once with an immediate denture. I am in more pain now then I was the day after the surgery. How can I tell if this is due to an infection or dry socket? My gums are VERY swollen and inflamed.....however my jaw hurts also. And I can't get my teeth back in the pain is so severe. What do I do? I am also experiencing breaking out in sweats. I also have mitral valve prolapse so am not sure if this is something I need to be worried about or how to deal with the pain.

Already Tried:
Ibuprofen, prescribed vicodin, tylenol, ice at first now heat...nothing is helping the pain!
