I have hypercalcemia.

My PTH, INTACT is 96.7

Please tell me my prognosis after para thyroid surgery.

Can I be healthy with only 1 para thyroid gland?

Thanks for asking the experts at JA to help you out,
Your intact PTH is high (normal 10-5 pg/ml).
A parathyroid surgery should help you out in reducing the calcium and parathormone levels. And YES you would do well with a single parathyroid gland too.
