I've breast-fed two of my children. I have an option to breast feed or not my new baby ( I am 9 month pregnanat). But at age of 38 I noticed that my breasts had lost it's original shape. I do not want to make the situation any worst by breast feeding again.

Hi,

As women age gravity helps to bring down what once was up. While many experts admit breast feeding will cause some dropping of the breast it is not a big effect. After the child has stopped nursing and the breasts have dried up there is some sagging noticed.

The fact is as you age it is going to start sagging regardless adding breast feeding to the mix will cause a bit more but not so much that the risk outweighs the benefits of breast feeding your child.

what are the effects and options of breast plastic surgery after the breast feeding is over? When is it better to approach it? (Right after or should I wait, how long?) What are the effects of phisical exersize? Is there recomended reconstructive medicine (cream, pills? In other words, what could be done when
breast feeding is complete? How long should I breast feed for a minimal damage?
