I've have a sharp reoccurring pain in my upper right arm (sometimes shoulder) when I extend my arm (reaching out or up) that lasts from 10-30 seconds. It is very intense for those few seconds and then dissipates. I can work at my desk with practically no discomfort (except for the reaching), yet must be careful not to twist my right arm too much or lift too much. I have never had a problem before. I did fall on the ice over the winter (December 06) and landed on that spot, however after the first week, it seemed to heel fine. This pain started again in March 07.
