chiroptactic care post open repair of rotator cuff

I am having the surgery 9/24...open repair to reattatch the supraspinatus tendon (full thickness tear), and debreidment of the ac joint, which is impinging on the cuff...I have cervical, thoracic, and lumbar central stenosis and wonder how long I should wait to be adjusted.
