At L5-S1, there is disc degeneration with loss of disc height and degenerative sub vertebral endplate marrow changes. There is a broad-based discovertebral bar which does not compress the theecal sac. The focal right paracentral disc protrusion described the CT examination is no longer visualized. There is a conjopined exit of the right L5 and S1 nerve roots from the thecal sac which corresponds with the CT description. There is moderate denerative narrowing of the right L5 bony nerve root canal and foramina, which has not progressed since the CT examination. There is a moderate degree of degenerative narrowing of the left L5 bony root canal and foramen, which is also similar to the CT examination.L5-S1 degenerative L5 root canal narrowing, greater on the right. No focal disc protrusionor central spinal stenosis identified. PLEASE,can you translate this diagnosis in normal words so I can understand it.Also does this problem create other problems: nausea/vomitting,severe leg pain?

Both legs ,but the joints where the leg attaches to the hip are excrutiating. I can't sit for more than 10 minutes. The pain in the upper legs becomes unbearable. Then I stand, but if I'm on my feet for more than 15 minutes, it also becomes unbearable.
