The only health insurance companies that will pay for this type of surgery are ones that have your doctor state it is medically necessary and if not having it could cause further health issues such as severe back problems and that nature so your best bet is to talk to your physician to see if they feel this would be medically necessary and if so then discuss this with your local health insurance representatives such as Blue Cross Blue Shield or Aetna and see if they would cover this before purchasing insurance through them but for the most part all health insurance companies will not cover this type of procedure unless it is deemed medically necessary.
