What are the symptoms of appendicitis? I am having pain in my lower right side or down where my ovaries were. I ran some low grade fever yesterday and had some aches and pains all over. I have Celiac Disease and do eat a total Gluten Free diet.

Yes. I had soup yesterday for lunch and dinner. Nothing heavy. Today I have just had coffee.

The classic symptoms are

Pain in the bottom right hand corner of the abdomen - usually severe - worse on movement - patients prefer to lie motionless
Loss of appetite , nausea sometimes vomiting
Fever
Bowel upset or constipation
