what are the symptoms of gall bladder disease?

extreme discomfort on right side, under ribs all way down to lower stomach; very full feeling; tight stomach -hard time swallowing and throat closing up; food coming back up when almost asleep, terrible heart burn and sick to stomach feeling all day

Here are the symptoms of gall bladder disease:

  • pain in the back between the shoulder blades

  • pain under the right shoulder

  • nausea or vomiting

  • abdominal bloating

  • indigestion

As you can see that you do not have the classical symptoms of Gall bladder disease. What you seem to be having is a reflux (Gastroesophageal reflux disease).
I would advise a detailed consultation with a physician who can differentiate the two condition on examination and simple tests.
