Yes it could be possible because of the effects of the drugs it can change their attention span and awareness. They can become forgetful and temperamental. It depends on what other drugs are being taken as to how severe these effects will be and how long they last but yes doing drugs and marijuana can give the same type symptoms as someone with attention deficit disorder.
