Possibly a mild paraesthesia, nerve stimulation of unknown cause, may lead to the symptoms that you have descrbed. Generally this is of no significance (like int eye twitching/ hiccups) etc. and if it recurs frequently then we need to evaluate for stuff like electrolyte abnormalities (low calcium) etc.
