my 28 year old son was involved in the rescue effort after hurricane katrina in mississippi and now has some type of worm that lives just below the skin and is driving him crazy.what could it be?it is visible to the human eye and i have seen it myself.

Does he have any symptoms to go along with "seeing" the worm under the skin. Has he seen his doctor for this?
