i have developed serious itchng and occasional burning

I have developed serious itchng of the anus and occasional burning (during bowel movement) over the last three weeks. The itchng goes and comes after movement. What could this be?Optional Information: Male , Age: 35Already Tried: Preparation H, Hydrocortisone, and vaseline
