I wonder if this is a seizure. I have epilepsy but have never had these symptoms before. Whooshing feeling moving from back of head to face. Head dropped own, vision distorted. I felt like I was being sucked down to the ground. Eyes felt like they were bouncing around in my head when head dropped. When I picked my head up I expected to see everything bouncing, but it wasn't. This lasted less than a minute. This happed once before but there was extreme dizzyness (couldn't walk or even move eyes without losing balance). This lasted about an hour. I told my neurologist about the hour long on and he said it didn't have anything to do with seizures. I don't want to bother him again, but this last one worried me.
