I have some weird symptoms, first I feel like my head is full of something. I don't have a lot of pain, but on occasion I get lightheaded with vertigo, I plug my nose and blow and fluid comes out of my left eye...sometimes it bubbles. I usually feel more balanced after that. I also have some fatigue, with a general malaise feeling. I have GAD so this makes me fret severely and sets off my panic. Any ideas on what this could be?
